Veteran Spotlights: A Compilation

At Dot Foods and Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI), we take pride in our servicemen and women. We especially love to celebrate those who have chosen to start their second career with us.

Dot’s co-founder, Robert Tracy (RT), honorably served our country during World War II. He enlisted in the Marine Corps on December 7, 1942. For this reason, we diligently honor military veterans and have increased our veteran hiring tenfold in the last 10 years.

Meet Tony. After 29 years of active, guard, and reserve time with the Army, Tony decided to retire. Fast forward six years and Tony and his wife, Jody, became a driving team with DTI.

Meet Brian. Brian is a part of the 168th Military Police Battalion in Dyersburg, Tennessee. When Brian is not deployed, he is a part of the Dot Foods Tennessee driving team. When he is deployed, he is still considered to be employed by DTI, and his driving position will be waiting for him in Dyersburg when he completes his military service.
